ABOUT THIS PROJECT
22 Unit value-add multifamily 1970s prefab renovation including complete re-wire and re-pipe of the building. We worked directly with the owner and general contractor on interior design including FF&E selection and were hands-on throughout the renovation process, providing guidance and responding to any necessary changes in the field by conducting weekly project walks. In addition, we helped execute the exterior design by Ballentine Architects by guiding the subcontractor on design details and furniture selection.
