About ALQ Designs
ALQ Designs was first introduced to multifamily investments when a client called requesting help to value engineer design plans for a 17-unit apartment building. The building was over-designed and over-budget for the market rents they hoped to achieve. We quickly realized the industry demanded designers who were able to execute with a budget in mind. As a result, Amy Lee turned her focus on helping multi-family investors capitalize on cost-effective design opportunities. Instead of selecting from default options, ALQ Designs views every renovation as an opportunity to create a clear, custom concept for the client. Many clients go on to use the concept as a reference point for future maintenance needs.
It’s not about spending more. It’s about simply selecting better.
