Discover Your Vision

We'll start by getting to know you and your project. We'll listen to your needs, expectations, target budget, and timeline for the project. Then, we'll research and develop a unique concept for the project that meets your requirements.

Create Your Concept

Next, our design team will prepare a concept board that includes inspirational images and finishes. This will give you a visual representation of our design concept, and we'll work together to ensure you're happy with it before we move forward.

Develop Your Design

Once we have a concept you love, we'll move on to drafting & renderings to help bring it to life. We will provide a design set that includes floor plans with schedules and selection boards with corresponding furniture, finishes, & equipment spreadsheet, as well as any necessary detail drawings, elevations or renderings. 

Source & Purchase Your Items

We'll present you with a final itemized list of items for purchase approval. Once approved, we'll order all the items from vendors, and ensure everything is on track and on budget.

Manage Your Design & Contractor Administration

Throughout the multifamily interior design project, we'll be available to assist with any construction and ordering questions that come up and provide on-site inspections to ensure consistency with the approved designs. We’ll work along side your property management and/or contractor to provide solutions that may rise while staying aligned with the established timeline & budget.  Finally, we'll supervise the final placement of furnishings and oversee marketing photography and virtual staging to make sure everything is just as you imagined. Our goal is to make the entire process stress-free for you and create a successful project with results you are completely satisfied with.
